How long does it take to get the kit and when do i start my payments?
“I would suggest not purchasing through them. I financed the kit in March 2020 with a $250 down payment. My contract said I am able to return the UNopened kit within 30 days for a full return. I returned the kit within a week of receiving it. However, they have no returned my money and the financing company is calling me for payment. Which means this is going on my credit. I have called many times with no answer. I have sent many many emails. I have also sent in a compliant to BBB. It is now mid-July 2020 and I have yet to receive a response. Do NOT use this company. There are several other companies out there that will actually honor their contract and not ruin your credit.”

Can we just pick them up
“NO, they are made by a 3rd party in Pakistan. You will need to wait at least 5 weeks to get them after all is done and impressions are approved.”

I have not even received mine yet. just trying to get impressions correct has been a nightmare. i would like to cancel has any one been through this?
“Yes it was hard to get the impressions right. One person said their fine another said no. It's a very slow process and it seems like you have to deal with a different employee each time. I asked for a refund and was told I was entitled to one, but then got no response. It's been four months now and I've had to file a complaint with the BBB.”
